A Greek Feast

Greek Chicken with  Potatoes  and Peppers

Chicken legs and thighs 

Potatos 

Onions 

Garlic

Lemon

Tri-colored baby peppers

Greek Seasoning 

 

Mix all together and marinate for at least an hour, Grill chicken when ready

Bake potatos and onions on 400 degrees for 45 minutes 

Add a little grilled pineapple for the icing on the cake! 

 

         

 

Tzatziki Sauce

2 Cups Full fat Greek Yogurt 

2 Seeded and shredded cucumbers

1 minced Garlic Clove

1 Tbls Dill 

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Mix together and chill for at least 1 hour
