Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

10-12 Chicken thighs

64 oz chicken stock

4 cups water

3-4 cups chopped onion

3-4 cups chopped celery                             

3-4 cups chopped carrots … amount of veggies according to taste

4 cloves garlic

6 Bay leaves

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 Tbls celery seeds

1 Tbls Steak and Shake seasoning or Old Bay (optional)

16 oz Egg Noodles

 

 

How to make it

Add everything but noodles, and cook on low boil for 1-2 hours.

Remove chicken from pot and take meat off bone.

Add back to pot and Increase to a boil and add noodles. Reduce heat and cook 15 minutes before serving.
