Brown Butter Alfredo Sauce
This recipe takes Alfredo to a whole new level! The browned butter and dry vermouth give this classic a little something EXTRA!

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick Salted butter
- 4 cloves of fresh mashed, chopped garlic
- 4 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Dry vermouth
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 2-3 Cups of powdered parmesan cheese (add until it taste how you like)
Instructions
- Melt butter in skillet on low until it turns a light brown
- Add garlic and cook on low for 2 more minutes
- Turn heat to medium and add cream and stir until heated (about 5 minutes)
- Add cheese and stir constantly until melted and as thick as you would like
- Turn up heat to medium high and add vermouth and cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring constantly
- Lower heat and serve
