Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 10-12 Chicken thighs
  • 64 oz chicken stock
  • 4 cups water
  • 3-4 cups chopped onion
  • 3-4 cups chopped celery
  • 3-4 cups chopped carrots … amount of veggies according to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 6 Bay leaves
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbls celery seeds
  • 1 Tbls Steak and Shake seasoning or Old Bay (optional)
  • 16 oz Egg Noodles

Instructions

  1. Add everything but noodles, and cook on low boil for 1-2 hours.
  2. Remove chicken from pot and take meat off bone.
  3. Add back to pot and Increase to a boil and add noodles. Reduce heat and cook 15 minutes before serving.
