Ingredients
- 10-12 Chicken thighs
- 64 oz chicken stock
- 4 cups water
- 3-4 cups chopped onion
- 3-4 cups chopped celery
- 3-4 cups chopped carrots … amount of veggies according to taste
- 4 cloves garlic
- 6 Bay leaves
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbls celery seeds
- 1 Tbls Steak and Shake seasoning or Old Bay (optional)
- 16 oz Egg Noodles
Instructions
- Add everything but noodles, and cook on low boil for 1-2 hours.
- Remove chicken from pot and take meat off bone.
- Add back to pot and Increase to a boil and add noodles. Reduce heat and cook 15 minutes before serving.
