Chicken Thighs with Onion Gravy

Ingredients
- 6-8 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbls poultry seasoning (2 tsp set aside)
- 1 Tbls garlic powder (t tsp set aside)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ Stick salted butter
- I large sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
- Mix flour and seasonings in bowl or plastic bag and add chicken to coat.
- Melt butter in large skillet and then brown chicken on both sides.
- Add sliced onion, stock, cream and 1 tsp of poultry seasoning and garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Add remaining seasoning to taste.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
