Pork Loin with Lisa’s Dry Rub

This is truly one of the best rubs and it goes on any type of meat! Ribs, chicken, etc.

After times we make extra to have on sliders the next day! I’ll get some really good dinner rolls and spread on garlic aioli and top with spinach. It is heaven!

Ingredients

  • 2-4 Pork Loins
  • Dry Rub
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 TBLS spoon each (or so)
  • Smoked paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp each (or so)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Celery salt
  • Cumin 1

Instructions

  • Mix together
  • Pat dry pork loins and generously apply rub to a ll sides and place in a plastic bag for at least one hour before grilling.
  • Grill on high heat for about 5 minutes to get a good sear on all sides, then turn down to medium heat for approximately 10 minutes per side.
